Sales & Design Representative – (SRNY – 16/14)

Essential Functions:

• Serves Easy Closets prospective and current customers as their personal design and sales consultant and liaison to facilitate their total satisfaction with every Easy Closets experience

• Assists and guides prospects and customers to design home organizational  systems….or works with them to review and enhance designs they’ve submitted to us via phone, on-line submissions or fax communication

• Responsible for guiding prospects and customers through the Easy Closets  design and sales process; closing business; entering orders; conducting  thorough follow up

• Maintains an accurate and effective CRM database through SalesForce.com

• Promptly, professionally and efficiently responds to customer/prospect calls
and e-mails

• Generates proposals and conducts timely follow up

• Ensures post- sale customer satisfaction

• Develops customer lifetime value through periodic follow up and pursuit of Easy Closets product sales in all areas of the home

• Maintains regular communication with customers and prospects


Other Responsibilities:

• Works effectively with team members at all levels in a positive and professional manner that reflects our mission statement, values and brand

• Communicates and interacts with prospects and customers in a pleasant, positive, professional and proactive manner


Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with emphasis of telephone sales

• Prefer experience with products requiring some element of spatial and structural design to optimize customer satisfaction in form, function, utility and aesthetics

• Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of assigned quota

• Willingness to learn new applications as part of ongoing technical and product knowledge and development

• Experienced in CRM, preferably SalesForce.com

• Strong working knowledge and demonstrated ability and success in sales and customer service principles and practices

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Should possess intermediate-level computer skills in MS Office applications and web browsers

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Willingness to work on a Saturday once or twice per calendar quarter
