Responsibilities
Manage and coach the team to build the best culture in the team, empowering the team with clear vision and objectives. Develop the team helping them be successful and happily engaged in work.
Conducts strategic planning “”what if”” analysis for a variety of different scenarios, including marketplace acquisitions, disruptive technology. Leads cross-functional (and intra-regional) project teams to conduct market/segment-level
The Manager position will receive broad topic requests from senior management and directs team to understand financials, patent activity, new developments in blogs and social media. Manager thinks strategically, synthesizing the data in a succinct fashion for presentation to senior business leaders.
Directly responsible for developing a set of potential scenarios, game theory style, leading to the creation of competitive insights. or behavior.
Develop and present the competitive analytical narrative to senior executives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of the wireless industry and key business drivers
Strong presentation development skills and experience using PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent analytical, time-management, multi-tasking and organization skills
Superior written and oral communication skills
Ability to successfully interface with senior level executives
Ability to handle confidential information in accordance with company practices
Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred.
