This role will work closely with the Commercial Director UAE in order to expand the customer portfolio and to increase the existing customers through:
– Planning of the most suitable commercial strategies, especially concerning top prospect’s achievement and optimal negotiation of sale conditions, with related budgets and offers definitions;
– Control and supervision of the whole supply process: from the checking out of orders together with the commercial office, to credit management;
– Responsibility of the budget achievement in the area of competence, through a weekly report.
Strengthened experience in that role, matured by working in construction industry and good knowledge in building materials; ability to negotiate with Contractors, Developers, Architects.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of Arabic language is preferable.
Candidates must have UAE experience of at least 2 years.
The Commercial Technical Assistant must conduct mock up test on project site: practical demonstrations (illustrative applications on sample) are instrumental in the product, as they have advanced technical contents.
Complete and continuative readiness to travel, both national and to the Italian headquarter, is required in order to refresher course and strategic meeting.
