The Opportunity

Our client, a leader in hospitality staffing, has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Account Manager. This full time position will be primarily responsible for proactively developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, as well as continuously driving sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, and a strong desire to grow and develop with a dynamic team of like-minded individuals.


·         Proactively identify prospective clients and establish positive rapport quickly

·         Foster relationships with existing accounts to understand further service needs

·         Drive for results by setting goals and objectives for business sales development

·         Perform research and market analysis on potential revenue opportunities

·         Communicate consistently to the executive team on sales leads and new Client’s needs

·         Represent our client with a polished presentation and strong first impression


·         3+ years of successful experience in sales or marketing sales role

·         Extremely strong communication skills

·         Ability to build rapport quickly with Clients and the Corporate Team

·         Ability to think and act under pressure

·         Proactive, self-motivated, confident

·         Drives for results consistently and constantly

·         Has a strong presence, outgoing – a “go-getter”

·         Background in hospitality, with a passion for exceptional service

·         Background in marketing, with skills in photoshop, graphic design, and powerpoint is a plus!
