To be suitable for this opportunity as a Project Director, you will ideally have the following experience:
•8+ years’ experience in the Construction industry.
•Highly-skilled in running onsite operations, project management and estimating teams
•Bachelors’ degree in a construction management or engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural) field is preferred. Great experience in the industry is suitable.
•Assisted with strategy development and implementation, contributed to business development efforts for assigned projects including the preparation of proposals and presentations for new work.
•Has overseen preconstruction and construction progress and monitored team performance on multiple projects at once, ensuring conformance with the schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
