Requirements:

•Oversee  facility management and maintenance division.

•Serve as the liaison with commercial condominium clients

•Assess  vendor relationships and leverage opportunities for B2B partnerships/valued added for clients

•Oversee the management of large projects to include coordinating with the Board, community manager and vendors.

•Construct a strategic plan for expanding  facility management services

•Assess and track revenue and performance of the division

•Attract talent and oversee delivery of services at a high level of and ensure quality control

•Monitor active insurance claims

•Monitor response to emergency calls

•Conduct/oversee reporting on common area inspections

•Supervise a staff of 4

•Participate in business development efforts to include signing new clients and developing a facility-focused portfolio, creating new revenue streams .

•Strong written and oral communication required

Past Performance/Experience: 5-7 years in facility management/building operations, property management, contracting or related area.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications and experience will be considered

Experience:

•Supervisory: 3 years (Required)

•Bringing on new business: 1 year (Preferred)

•Facilities Management/Building Operations: 5 years (Required)

 

Education:

•Bachelor’s (Preferred)
