Responsibilities – The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
– Define and Lead Digital CRM Strategy / Technology Roadmap
– Stay abreast of latest digital marketing trends
– Define / deliver on CRM technology roadmap to ensure best-in-class digital marketing capabilities
– Drive digital innovation across the CRM space and related channels
– Implement technologies to ensure continued effectiveness and deliverability of email
– Serve as primary liaison to IT / relevant technology organizations
– Create new channels for relevant, 1:1 customer messaging
– Continue to expand CRM’s unified digital view of the customer
– Partner with database marketing teams, analytics and modeling teams to facilitate the development, storing and refinement of relevant customer insights from available data sets
– Work cross-functionally to distribute / leverage MVP across the organization to drive business results
Drive two-way partnerships with MVP to provide incremental value to other departments / channels while also returning insights back to CRM for continued refinement of targeting & better understanding of our customer base
– Work with ISO personalization team to drive more relevant messaging to subscribers
– Serve as liaison / SME / single point of contact for CRM campaign / message integration
– Collaborate with ISO to ensure channel-specific data is effectively integrated into CRM data sets
– Facilitate effective integration of CRM data into ATG infrastructure / capabilities with ISO
– Provide relevant business requirements and requests for site enhancements to support CRM platforms, programs and messaging
Expand Reach of Targeted CRM Messaging through Collaboration / Partnership with Advertising
– Ensure continued partnership to drive tighter integration between CRM data / DM
– Facilitate customer base messaging via targeted display, search & online advertising
– Drive technology solutions to facilitate campaign / cross-vehicle consistency and efficiency
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree required. Masters degree preferred.
– 6 to 8 years online marketing / direct marketing / internet experience
– 6 to 8 years project and/or product management experience
– 6 to 8 years experience managing interactive projects (client or agency side)
– Prior eCRM and/or direct response campaign experience
– Experience managing 3rd party agencies
– Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior management
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
– Demonstrated experience reporting financial impacts of large scale initiatives
– Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
