We’re looking for an International Sales Director who will help support and grow our global network of resellers and distributors. The ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial, driven and highly organized with considerable experience selling in to key international markets.
What You will do as International Sales Director:
Own revenue plan and forecasts for the international arm of our business
Build and develop new and existing distribution and reseller relationships
identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing and new markets
develop marketing initiatives to support account growth while ensuring partners receive world class support
Assist the supply chain in developing international friendly packaging, in addition to relevant certifications for each market.
Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing executives towards a common goal
be an evangelist, energizing our channel partners on selling and marketing the little Bits brand and product suite
The Skills/Experience You will Need as our International Sales Director:
7+ years in sales, account management, marketing and/or partner development
Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
Strong ability to manage relationships and thrive in a performance driven position
Comfort with cold calls and warm intros to identify new resellers
CRM –CRS or other CRM experience
Experience selling hardware in to key international markets including EU, China, India.
