The ideal candidate will formulate and execute a strategic plan to support the business in achieving goals of attracting, retaining, and growing our database of digital creative, marketing and technology talent in support of our 4+ offices. The incumbent will partner with business leaders to implement marketing strategies that include online marketing, email automation, job optimization and distribution, content marketing, and executive communications.
Help shape and build the candidate acquisition process across all channels, including lead nurturing and closed loop reporting
Organize and manage our marketing database, including segmentation and integration through our ATS system
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate online strategies, and re-prioritize to extend our reach, drive engagement, and increase click-thru and conversion
Develop / evolve consistent marketing automation campaigns to support all segments of the business
Work with partner agency to drive success to online job postings through targeted recruitment marketing spend, content optimization, and ongoing analytical based decision making
Lend creative direction and maintain high levels of engagement on social media, with a focus on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and the Company blog
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies, designs and plans
Meet creative deadlines of all internal stakeholders with high quality, on-brand executions
Project manage a freelance team of designers, copywriters, and production members for marketing deliverables
Minimum 4+ years’ experience; Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, marketing, art or design.
Advanced degree a plus.
Proven track record of ability to innovate and deliver highly impactful digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge and experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Experience in developing content marketing strategies with related digital technologies.
Highly developed critical thinking / analytical skills with the ability to evaluate branding and marketing decisions for effectiveness and areas of weakness.
Experience balancing numerous stakeholders and multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
International brand experience a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO Best Practices, Basic HTML, Word press, Social Media Management, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
Combination of skills to be able to think strategically, think at a higher level, but be able and willing to take on an array of tasks as needed that may not necessarily be at the level of this title as needed.
