Your success in this role will be determined by your proven ability to manage the following:

  • Specifically manage the day to day brand management
  • Assist with managing P & L to achieve corporate sales and profit goals for the specific platformso
  • Analyze and forecast results and trends for Baby, Sun and First Aido
  • Lead consumer and trade promotion initiatives for Baby, Sun and First Aido
  • Coordinate marketing materials and samples for new product introduction for Baby, Sun and First Aido
  • Lead strategic and operational planning for Baby, Sun and First Aid that roll up to the core master brando
  • Lead digital marketing & social media for Baby, Sun and First Aido
  • Assist with Brand strategy, annual marketing plan and professional marketing planso
  • Assist with development of brand advertising and media planso
  • Analyze retail data (IRI/Nielsen) to review performance of brand vs. competition for Baby, Sun and First Aid+ Analyze data, interpret and communicate outcomes in a targeted and impactful way, make recommendations to optimize/ refine plans + Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports and forecasts revisions + Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships for the ongoing success of the business

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is highly recommended
  • 3-4 years of CPG experience, preferably in the skincare category
  • A minimum of two years professional experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods environment is required
  • Digital marketing experience required with hands-on use of social media platforms
  • Strong bias to action and proven track record of delivering results is required.
  • Superior collaboration skills and the ability to create and lead high-performing cross-functional teams required
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional team leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, Nielsen/IRI Data Software
  • 30%+ travel (including weekends) to cover professional dermatology conventions, customer visits, and market researcho
  • Position based in Koln
