AFFILIATE MANAGER – (AM.S 701/14)

Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:

Roles and responsibilities:

– Research, initiate and execute plans to develop partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks and Introducing Brokers (IBs)

– Assist in setting annual targets and budgets in all geographical regions and meet such goals

– Enhance and also build where necessary, processes, systems and features to support business growth in acquiring new online affiliates and IBs

– Work closely with the within marketing to implement marketing campaigns targeted at attracting new affiliates and IBs and campaigns to improve retention

– To work closely with the product management team in order to develop dedicated technology and features for managing affiliates and IBs

– Maintain direct contact with affiliates and IBs, hence ensuring excellent service standards

– Ensure alignment with budget controls

Position Requirements:

– At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role in the Forex industry

– Excellent sales and negotiation track record

– Well versed in e-commerce practices and networking

– Excellent marketing and promotional background

– Relevant managerial experience, especially in multidimensional matrix management

– Degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing or related)

– Excellent Computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

– Internet capabilities

– Native Chinese and fluency in English is a must (additional languages is an advantage)
