  • Marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and appearance
  • Dealing with multiple manufacturer marketing departments to obtain content and multiple images per item.
  • Promoting information about the website to target customers and partnersReporting technical problems to IT support staffDealing with legal issues, such as copyright and data protectionmore
  • Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
  • Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
  • Making sure that our SEO is on par with the latest and greatest fast changing environment
  • Taking a leadership role in our online paid advertising campaign (ie PPC, search engines, Google Ad Words)
  • Affiliate Marketing initiative, including creating personalized promotions for publishers, maintaining close relationships with top publishers
  • Closely tracking Fraudulent clicks and cancelled orders and taking the proper action
  • Ability to manage multiple in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce, digital marketing channels, merchandising, content management, HTML and project management.
  • Ability to evaluate data and make informed recommendations and decisions based on findings; attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent PC skills required, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Aptitude in working with E-commerce applications and processes.
