Sales Resolution Specialists are key individuals that contribute directly to meeting and exceeding acquisition goals in order to become the number one satellite TV provider in the United States.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Resolution Specialists are responsible for saving new subscribers as well as identifying driving factors in the
customer’s decision to cancel their order. Sales Resolution Specialists will use consultative sales skills to educate
the customer on the benefits of service and assist in comparing and contrasting our products and services versus
those of our competition.

• Provide solutions to retain new subscriber acquisitions requesting disconnection while operating within business

• Assess the consumers’ needs and offer appropriate products, programming, and promotions based off those needs

• Overcome objections by being knowledgeable about the products and services as well as the products and services
of our competitors

• Identify and capture determining factors in the customer’s decision to cancel

• Handle escalated situations while providing exceptional customer care

• Provide efficient resolution of all customer concerns

• Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual save goals

Skills – Experience and Requirements:

A successful Sales Resolution Specialist will have the following:

• Assertive yet consultative

• Results oriented with a contagious competitive attitude

• Intermediate computer and data entry skills preferred; proficient with Windows

• High school diploma or general education degree two years related customer service/sales/technical support
experience and/or training preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
