Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:
Roles and responsibilities:
– Refining the systems and process in place to ensure they are achieving revenue growth from
existing portfolios and adding new business
– Coaching, mentoring, managing and developing a close knit team
– Set sales targets, track forecasts, inspire, maintain customer satisfaction and most importantly
lead by example
– Daily management of targets, sales and customer base
– Daily, weekly sales management of Pipelines/database/weekly KPI’s
– Developing relationships with the leadership group and senior stakeholders
Position Requirements:
– Fluent Spanish and English language
– A minimum of 7 years experience in retail-sales
– Proven track record of results in a team role and individual sales role
– Relevant and recent experience as a Sales Manager
– Great communication skills both in written and verbal
– Highly influential with the ability to drive a high achieving sales culture
– Customer relationship management, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service
– a strong background in the telecommunications market
– Whole of business experience – phone systems, data, voice lines, mobiles, tablets
– People management skills, with a proven track record in Performance Management
