The Role Of General Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our client team!

You will be responsible for the successful guest service delivery for the hotel and will be an active part of the local community. You will provide leadership and management for all hotel personnel, establish plans of character, integrity and of quality, which results in the continued life, growth and profitability of the business and take responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of our hotel guests and employees.

Our Ideal General Manager Candidate Will Have

Local market expertise, renovation and opening experience, and a hands-on approach with the ongoing restoration/renovation plans in order to get the hotel ready for re-opening. The ideal candidate must be eligible to work in Limassol and fluency in Russian would be a strong advantage for this location. You should be a dynamic and hands-on leader with a strong passion for people development; creating a sense of belonging among the employees and embracing our culture.

A strong operational leader and guest ambassador with the ability to challenge the norm and be solution oriented; you will lead the operational team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our many return guests are warmly welcomed and looked after.

A strategic thinker and a seasoned leader with diplomacy and the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders inside and outside the resort (Owners, Community), the ability to engage with ownership on strategies to increase revenues and understand their needs, and be able to draw a short to medium term vision for the hotel under the current business climate and a long-term vision, in particular for Food and Beverage.

You should have an innovative approach and a deep understanding of luxury to deliver both world class product and services, have strong finance/business acumen with the ability to drive outcome, and be a charismatic, nurturing and inspiring leader of our team.
