- Ensure smooth running & operations of the club on a daily basis.
- Deliver Membership Net Gain Target
- Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training & Group Exercise strategies
- Drive retention strategy for the club
- Manage Profit & Loss of the club to deliver expected returns
- Manage company brand standards ensuring our clubs have the highest levels of service
- Good Analytics & Competitive
- Demonstrate the ability to influence & to drive high levels of performance w/ a proven track record of meeting business performance KPIs
- Track record of developing & nurturing high performing teams
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- 7-10 years of experience in club leadership position
