The Director of Commercial Sales assumes responsibility and is accountable for customer retention and the profitability of the commercial sales department.

Job Responsibilities:
- In accordance with company policies the Director of Commercial Sales hires, trains, and motivates all commercial sales consultants
- Ensures that all commercial sales consultants understand commercial sales and dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems
- Holds regularly scheduled meetings to ensure that every commercial sales consultant is working efficiently and driving sales and profitably
- Reviews and recommends compensation plans for all commercial sales employees
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in the Automotive industry with increasing responsibility
- A great work ethic is an absolute must
- Must have previous Sales Management experience in a dealership, F&I Manager and/or Used Car Sales Management
- Must be able to manage a large sales staff with big inventories
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
- Needs to maintain a high energy level
- Must be able to lead by example
