Job Overview:
The Connectivity’s Program Management Teams are responsible for leading a cross functional team to deliver major customer programs within budget and time limitations in accordance with technical specifications and profit objectives. They manage customer programs (customized engineered solutions for particular end customer platforms) from bid preparation through production. Their duties include: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements; assembling cross-functional program teams with members from engineering, procurement, sales, production, materials management and quality; serving as the main point of contact for the customer for all negotiations, decision making, scheduling issues, and problem solving throughout the program; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met; and arranging modifications as required.
Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager for the Sales & Marketing Department in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales support activity (commercial and pricing) related to system sales.
Fully developing offer term sheets (bid preparation) and interfacing with multiple organizations as necessary to define scope of the deal (pricing, project costs, margins, cash flows, schedule, deliverables, etc)
Handling commercial contractual issues associated with contracts, including but not limited to evaluating terms and conditions of sales, customer interaction and negotiation, and writing and interpreting contractual language with the assistance of the Legal Department.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three to five years experience with developing and responding to customer quotes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Able to handle a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel, when required, internationally and domestically at times without much notice
