Based from our Dubai  head office you will lead and support all activities relating to the execution and management

of the contractual and commercial agreements between our client and the Customer/s.




  • Ensure commercial and financial governance is in place, factoring considered risk/s, implementing appropriate processes and improvement initiatives as necessary;
  • Provide consultancy to the business during the creation of formal RFIs/RFP/proposal responses including technical and commercial terms;
  • Review contractual content and tailor/write/author parts of the proposal/RFI/RFP where necessary;
  • Question and challenge inputs to proposals looking through the ‘customers’ eyes’ to aid business development;
  • Acts as main interface and subject matter expert to key stakeholders for all contractual related activities;
  • Create and maintain risk registers for every bid, understand competitor tactics and behaviour to shape the proposal and mitigate risks;
  • Seek opportunities to grow the scope of products and services delivered in order to improve Company financial performance and value for money to the Customer;
  • Develop the technical, commercial and financial solution as the bid progresses;
  • Presents and communicates lessons learned after bid submission on selected proposals;
  • Reviews Customer requirements and defines solution in collaboration with the business;
  • Generate and maintain proposal activities/plan with milestones and dates;
  • Monitor post contact award.




  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a Commercial and complex Bid environment
  • Strong technical and proposal writing abilities
  • Full-cycle contract management experience essential
  • Analytical, numerate and financially astute
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience
  • Sound understanding of partnering between governments and private industry
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to motivate and lead multi-functional teams
  • Early identification of business and corporate risks
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness
  • A high degree of flexibility and energy with a pragmatic down to earth approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eye for detail and scrupulous proof reading-skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, XL and PowerPoint).
