What will you be doing?

• Design strategy, set goals for growth and develop clear plans to implement them
• Anticipate market and client needs and develop appropriate products and services
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Manage budgets and sales revenue efficiently
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Improve policies and processes

Requirements:

• Business Degree is mandatory – an MBA will be considered a plus
• Proven success in a managerial role, experience as a General or Commercial Manager is preferrable
• Strong decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
• Ability to build rapport with diverse teams and partners’ network
• Strong leadership qualities
• Highly organized
• Strong work ethic
• Good interpersonal skills
