RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, qualify, and translate client needs into actionable opportunities for all services
Collaborate with Program Directors to track business flow
Present to and build relationships with Lifeline staff members as a direct referral outlet
Maintain and develop your business relationships
Strategize and prioritize referral prospects with the VP of Marketing
Arrange, schedule and complete prospect marketing visits/meetings for all services including: In-Home Family Counseling and Coaching, Residential Services, and Missions
Work with Mission Teams to book and coordinate trips
Meet weekly solicitation goals as outlined by VP of Marketing
Log marketing activity on a daily basis into database
EXAMPLES OF TASKS
Meet with schools, churches, law offices, and other agencies to discuss services
Present at Lifeline staff meetings to ensure all staff understand the ability to transition clients
Maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers through in-person, email, phone and written touches
QUALIFICATIONS:
More than 3 years of successful sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related course of study (preferred)
