Job Description:

Our client Software Guidance & Assistance, is searching for a Business Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial clients in Moscow-Russia.


• This role is for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) who can encompass Business Architecture, and Requirements
Engineering.It will focus on the detailed process flows and data involved in regulatory reporting of Cash Equities
businesses, specifically Client’s Electronic Blue Sheets system.. The wide-ranging nature of the role will both require
and foster an enterprise-level view of the  high-level economic and regulatory landscape in which we operate and
the core business processes involved in equity trade processing.

• The BA will work with a wide range of internal IT and business partners, primarily staff in the Legal and Compliance
department, Sales and Trading Desks and the associated application development teams.

• Exhibit strong analytical skills to ensure the successful generation of specifications, ensure that decisions and
solutions are effective in addressing the underlying problem and meeting defined objectives.

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using a range of elicitation techniques

• Work with stakeholders in ensuring the needed level of research is completed to accurately define the
solution benefits

• Employ structured analysis techniques such as Use Cases, decision tables to ensure completeness and
non-ambiguity of requirements

• Proactively identify and resolve requirement conflicts

• Identify opportunities for improvement in the business architecture

• Verify requirements and their scope and priorities with stakeholders

• Manage requirements change and maintain requirements traceability

• Work with technical teams to validate proposed solutions

• Effectively present the information needed to facilitate a decision to move forward with the proposed solution

• Work with technical teams, business users and support teams to determine transition requirements for the
phase of projects

Required Skills:

• 10 years+ Business Analysis experience

• Extensive experience of requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation

• Extensive experience of requirements management and planning

• Extensive experience of Solution Assessment and Validation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of development and implementation lifecycles

• Ability to motivate others, drive working groups and resolve disagreements

• Strong Working knowledge of Equity Cash Trading Concepts

• Program Trading

• Smart Order Routing and Execution Venues

• Order and Execution Management systems

• Strong understanding of Equity Cash Trading Regulatory Requirement

• Client’s Electronic Blue Sheets System a must have

• TRF Reporting


• Large Trader Reporting


• Technical Working knowledge

• Ability to review data

• FIX protocol


• Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
