The CRM Database Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaigns and lifecycle marketing strategies to increase member lifetime value among buyers.

Lead the development and continual optimization of customer retention strategies, systems, and related processes to retain and monetize existing members — both with communication and offer strategies to:
Activate member non-buyers — both by on-boarding new members and mining for high value potential among those who have been engaged and not yet activated
Prevent customers from lapsing and win back those who were formerly valuable
Determine appropriate seller lifecycle email marketing strategies to support the seller development team in identifying valuable sellers, and key valuable milestones, and the email strategies that will get them there
Determine customer segmentation for buyers with cross functional teams to develop actionable customer insights, create and execute customer segment level contact plans, and actively monitor customer experience flows/maps to drive engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty, customer lifetime value, and reduce customer attrition
Develop, implement, and track integrated content, promotions, offerings, and creative campaigns to drive growth and maximize customer value in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Identify and drive customer retention KPI’s and optimize key metrics including retention and attrition rates
Partner with international team to understand geographic differences in member value and create programs to drive improvement
Deliver reporting and insight that accurately and appropriately measures the performance of each integrated campaign on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment and optimize landing pages and experiences with a focus on improving campaign conversion and retention metrics
Grow and motivate a team of marketing specialists responsible for the execution of CRM campaigns
Actively manage vendor relationships and maximize their service and offerings
