Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:

Roles and responsibilities:

– Support the technical sales efforts of our client sales teams and channel partners selling products and
services to end-customers;

– Work closely with sales and pre-sales executives to execute the technical sales cycle and assist in helping
the company and its channel partners close new business;

– Possess strong product presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate and support the development and
deployment of mobile services,

– Build a strategic business and technical sales support relationship with channel partners and system integrators
who will be selling or building solutions;

– Work closely with Customer Support Service and Help Desk entities to organize their efforts, provide product training, support all technical efforts and be the corporate interface between our client, its clients and channel partners for all technical issues;

– Possess extensive knowledge of the wireless/mobile industry and competitive mobile services;

– Work with a team of experienced, aggressive and motivated executives;

Position Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience in technical sales and/or pre-sales support of enterprise software products
and solutions;

– At least 3 years experience in enterprise software development, including relational databases, multi-tiered
applications and web services. Specific experience in standard web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a must;

– Experience in .NET will be considered a plus;

– Experience in supporting or using mobile application development platforms (MADP) and frameworks or
mobile back-end services (MBaaS) is a definite plus;

– Experience in support/installation/administration of IIS and SQL Server will be considered a plus;

– Experience in drafting responses to RFIs and RFPs for hardware and/or software solutions;

– Experience working with strategic selling techniques and working daily with a leading CRM database system;

– University degree in a relevant academic field;

– Senior level communication, interpersonal and team-working skills.
