Το Marketing Specialist is responsible for the strategic growth and profitability product lines and categories. This position is accountable for all aspects of brand management including: the development of brand communication across all platforms, identifying market trends and category opportunities, conducting market research, providing consumer insights and campaign development. The role requires a team player attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively to meet deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth
- Analysing consumer trends and shopping behaviors, benchmarking
- Designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media
- Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- E-mail marketing.
- Content marketing
- Monitoring the B2B & B2C web sites
- Achieving profit targets, timelines and budgets
- Monitoring, videotapes, press releases, pop-up and pos (point-of-sales)materials.
- Maintaining and photo shooting for the e-shop photos
- Maintaining contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager/ Marketing
specialist
• Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
• Ability to conduct research and analyse data
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Results-driven attitude
• A creative mindset
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
Master’s/MBA is a plus
Remuneration – Benefits:
- Min 1.200€ -Max 1.500€ (NET money)
