Our Client currently seeks an Marketing Coordinator for our advertising group within the Marketing Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required
to function successfully in this position.
Position Summary:
Coordination of the entire monthly budget process (processing monthly invoices, tracking current spending, working
with the Marketing team for the completion of monthly accruals and outlooks) while providing general support and
various tactical completion of advertising tactics.
Essential Job Functions:
-Manage Advertising budget including processing incoming invoices, tracking current spending, monthly accruals, monthly
outlooks
-Coordinate with respective marketing team leaders to ensure processing & payment of incoming invoices, current spend
is being tracked, completion of accruals and monthly outlooks are done in a timely manner for the remaining accounts
within the overall budget. Lead monthly /quarterly updates to SVP of Marketing and direct reports
-Provide support to Advertising team to aid in completion of deliverables
-Maintain monthly Communications calendar for marketing team
-Proactively evaluates existing copy and creative production to assure it is timely, accurate, and fresh
Job Requirements:
-Strong writing skills, with a proven eye for detail and an ear for compelling customer-friendly messaging
-Strong financial background
-Strong multitasking and project management skills
-Ability to interact with all levels of management
-Excellent Microsoft office skills
Education and Experience:
-Bachelors Degree
-0-3 years of relevant leadership experience
-0-3 years of total relevant work experience
-Budgeting, Marketing
