Due to the success of their business, our client, a growing investment banking firm located in London, is looking to hire the best and brightest as their newest Managing Director. If you are hired for the Managing Director role, you will work with a diverse group of executives and work on a myriad of complex transactions and financial models. The winning candidate will participate in private equity (buy-side) acquisitions, sell-side investment banking activities including complex financing strategies, valuations, due-diligence, developing pitch-books, acquisitions targets, target lists for buyers, and have direct client interactions. This Managing Director role will also provide you with the potential to work with venture capital opportunities, reviewing business plans, funding strategies and recommendations.
Our client is a multi-division organization that has the following three practice areas: private equity, investment banking, and venture capital. Because their business is continuing to grow and prosper, they are looking to add Managing Director of Investment banking to their practice. For consideration candidates need to have 8 or more years of working directly for an investment banking, private equity or related organization. Your experience needs to include corporate valuations; mergers and acquisitions financial modeling, exceptional Excel skills, market research, preferably buy and sell-side experience, experience with developing pitch books, and comparative analysis. For consideration candidates will need to possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics from a top 20 school.
