This role is created to provide advanced competence and leadership in advanced analytics frameworks and tools to specific business needs, including but not limited to brand marketing ROI analyses and marketing mix models, sales force effectiveness assessments, pricing, contracting and rebating evaluations, topline opportunities using various commercial data sets. As such, the role is targeted to contribute strategic value to brand and/or CGC business success, as it related to analytically-derived insights and decisions.
The Deputy Director serves in a “Center of ExpeCompanyse” capacity, developing and maintaining relevant content knowledge and experience for use in analyses and subsequent operational follow-up. The incumbent has a lead role in identifying and scoping analytical pathways and programs, and in implementing them. The role is created to generate significant value in the interface between operational Marketing & Sales, Managed Markets, Data & Analytics (including solid understanding of specialty pharma commercial data), and insight generation & management advice. Output from this role will be the basis for strategic resource allocation by BU and/or Managed Markets leadership.
