Due to business expansion, our client is looking for a professional with:

Roles and responsibilities:

– Develop & grow the agent network by recruiting businesses as potential agents.

– Travel locally & Inter-state to meet with potential agents.

– Build and strengthen relationships with existing & new agents.

– Ensure quality training and compliance at all agent locations.

– Ensure all agents are equipped with most recent branding & marketing programs.

– Develop new strategies to increase sales and transaction volumes at each location.

Position Requirements:

– 3+ years Business to Business Account Management/Sales experience within a similar role (Retail or FMCG)

– Excellent Bulgarian language

– ability to speak a second language (preferably Spanish or English)

– Driver’s License

– Basic Computer Literacy
