Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities including digital marketing, email, print, PR
  • Define the performance traffic generation strategy: Manage media budget allocation (on SEM/SEO, Display, mobile, etc.), define strategy in order to maximize traffic generation, repeat behavior and business development (acquisition channels, landing platform/pages, key messages, etc)
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Lead the marketing analytics team. Gather data and metrics across channels, develop reporting and dashboards, provide analysis, insights and recommendations
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget to agreed plan
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Produce and create all sales and marketing presentations, collateral and event materials
  • Collaborate with the sales, business development and support organization
  • Coordinate with public relations firms for national and regional visibility

Education and Experience:

  • BA minimum; MBA preferred in business or marketing-related degree
  • 7 years + experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • Social media and technical marketing skills
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Experience with relevant software applications
  • An entrepreneurial mindset focused on achieving the objective
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, formal presentation skills, organization and planning, strategic thinking, problem analysis and problem-solving, team-leadership, creativity, decision-making
