Know Your Employees’ Personalities

Each of the employees under your company’s management brings a wealth of knowledge, personal experiences, and unique personality traits to the table–and that’s a great thing!  Depending on your industry, your human capital can lean toward a certain set of personality traits.

 Consider distributing personality tests to find out more about how your employees might feel about collaborative versus leadership styles, and work-life balance. The best HR managers have a deep understanding of what employees appreciate, and personality data does an excellent job of relaying that information concisely.
