• Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration

• Be a good hunter to open new opportunity in the staffing business.


• Must have at least 1+ years sales experience in the staffing industry with solid relationship with the clients

• Prior account management experience in the Staffing industry required

• Ability to bring in new accounts , contacts in the staffing industry especially in Emirates.

• Desire to create new sales leads and open new accounts for the company

• Experience of working with Direct Clients, someone who has worked with hiring managers directly.

• Self-motivated with proven track record in meeting sales targets by identifying, developing & closing IT staffing business.

• Solid history of developing new client relationships and generating IT business requirements through research, cold calling and leveraging existing relationships.

• Consistent performer meeting monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
