However, HR analytics shows that candidates who disagree with you will help you get a new, fresh perspective towards your business and work culture. No doubt, the difference of opinion may not be in line with your company vision and goals but there’s always something new to learn about your business if you are open to it.
So, hire people better than you who can show you the same business strategy under a different, and maybe better light.
