The position of General Manager is a vital partnership between the management team and working with the Corporate team to support and drive our Mission and Vision. This person should be someone who is a responsible leader and motivator, who can lead by example in providing employees with the necessary knowledge, direction and skills to create an exceptional experience for each guest.Also, the General Manager will provide overall leadership, supervision and direction on operations of the theater in order to consistently meet or exceed the guest experience.
Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for all operations, including, but not limited to: Training, adhering to Company policies/procedures, guest relations, increasing sales volume, attendance, Cost of Goods, labor management, financial management, inventory, developing movie show times and building maintenance and financial management.
Build show times and price cards; posting to websites upon approval.
Creates workable plans to increase operation execution, utilizing financial results, guest satisfaction surveys, and staff reports.
Builds a cooperative relationship with Managers, HR and supervisors to ensure great guest services is met along with exceptional food and film presentation in a clean and sanitary environment.
Ensures all areas meet operational standards and guest service’s needs, ensuring optimal levels of stock on hand, accurate inventory.
