Our Client is a global market leader in maritime safety, providing essential safety equipment for passenger and cargo vessels, offshore installations, defence and fire fighting industries and fishing and yachting vessels.
Our Client is starting up a new production factory. The facility will be producing life rafts to customers all over Europe and our new finance manager will be an important part of the process of running the business and ensuring that we are compliant with Bulgarian laws.
About the Job
You will be responsible for the day to day and overall finance tasks within our client. Primary responsibilities include:
• Managing and performing finance and accounting task on daily basis, this includes
Running salaries (through an agency in the beginning).
• Monthly reporting to the parent company in Germany.
• Year-end reporting and contact to auditors.
• Financial analysis.
• Follow-up on cost prices for all products in the product range.
You will have hands on all matters regarding finance and be part of the management team with a direct report to the Managing Director.
You have experience with finance and accounting and are enthusiastic about analysing figures, ensuring on-time reporting. You hold a degree within financing or accounting and have 3 – 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in an international company.
You have good communication skills and speak and write English and Bulgarian. Experienced users of SAP will be preferred.
Furthermore you are a true team player that can work effectively at all organisational levels.
