Our client have ambitious growth plans for 2018 onwards working in line with the group 2020 vision.  To achieve these ambitious plans we are growing the export sales team and looking for dynamic individuals to join the team to support sales growth in the range of machine mounted attachments, and light equipment across a number of countries. Key attributes of the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ability to work as an individual and as part of a team, have excellent time management, be enthusiastic, committed and determined in delivering targeted results and willingness to travel regularly overseas.

Key responsibilities:

Sales Management – Setting of regional and dealer budgets and targets, sales forecasting, reporting and measuring

Business Development – Identify market opportunities in key regions and implement sales initiatives to deliver growth

Relationship Management – Develop key relationships with dealer principals and their sales teams, along with internal  personnel

Communication / PR – Communicate market information into the other business functions to ensure all areas of the operation are aligned to achieving the market opportunities

Presentations – Regularly present the JCB Attachments range & associated features and benefits to end users and our dealer body

Problem Solving – Identify potential issues that may affect future sales, and oversee the implementation of an effective solution

Experience:

The successful applicant will have either a sales, account management, marketing or training background, market and industry knowledge with an understanding of typical construction and agricultural applications.

Experience of selling to end users directly and indirectly via a dedicated dealer network, into export territories and demonstrate the ability to handle commercial negotiations, experience at setting budgets and delivering monthly sales forecasts.

Importantly, the person should have a confident manner, adaptability to change approach for different markets and with the ability to communicate at all levels throughout the business. The commitment and determination to realise the opportunity, deliver targeted results, and a resilience to overcome all challenges internally and externally.
