Manager’s Office is looking for a person to join the growing exports team of our client. The person will have to assist in managing a growing list of export customers.
EXPORT ASSISTANT N. COSMOS/ATTICA (EXA 99851MAH)
Responsibilities:
- International Customer Service
- Support and develop customer portfolio
- Organizing and participating in international fairs
- Producing Commercial Export Documentation
- Handling and processing incoming orders
- Data entry and documentation
- Organizing Transport/Shipment and after sales service
- Handling queries from Freight Forwarders regarding shipment of goods.
Requirements:
- 2 years working experience in a commercial company or in client service dept. 1 year at least in an exports department
- Knowledge of Export documentation and shipping are a Plus
- Fluent English is essential/ Good command in any other language would be an advantage
- Full proficiency in MS Office, especially excel, use of CRM are a Plus
- Business or Marketing background
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-driven, customer-oriented and stress-resistant personality
- Numerate/analytical
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Bsc from any University, Business/Marketing related degrees are a Plus
Benefits:
- Minimum monthly Salary: 900€ NET
- Maximum monthly Salary: 1.100€ NET
