You will be selling end-to-end revenue generation and sales solutions that include the best technology, people, and practices to help companies achieve two goals: Customer acquisition\/growth and Customer retention. Our client drives all the pieces of the sales process, helping our clients find, engage and acquire customers through digital channels. You\u2019ll be challenged in our fast-paced environment &#8211; and with a competitive compensation package and uncapped commissions, you\u2019ll be rewarded for meeting those challenges.<br \/>\nYou will be responsible for <\/p>\n<p>High end solution-selling, providing customer acquisition solutions to complex client issues that drive mutually positive business outcomes while living values.<br \/>\nStrong focus on selling to net new\/prospective clients with proven experience prospecting and managing C-level and senior level relationships.<br \/>\nExpert at cultivating relationships with decision makers in client organizations (Chief Sales Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Care Officer and other C-level executives) to secure new business.<br \/>\nAct as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, customer acquisition challenges, and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and effective sales strategies<br \/>\nSupport all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and rally around development of innovative solutions to meet or exceed identified sales targets<br \/>\nPossess an in-depth understanding of companies services and differentiation<br \/>\nShepherd all client wins ensuring a smooth transition into Operations, act as a steward for good business and grow the client relationship by ensuring flawless execution<\/p>\n<p>Desired Skills and Experience <\/p>\n<p>8-15 years\u2019 experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably with experience in sales program outsourcing.<br \/>\nProven experience in prospecting and developing new business, with expert management of the sales process from the prospect to close.<br \/>\nDeep experience closing complex sales solutions by structuring innovative solutions that provide Sales and Marketing decision maker\u2019s value and support in achieving their business goals.<br \/>\nProven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations \u2013 and influence purchase and buying decisions<br \/>\nDemonstration of sales acumen, critical thinking, solution development, proposal development, presentation skills, intellect, drive, executive presence<br \/>\nAdept and at ease building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree; Masters or advanced degree a plus<\/p>\n<p>What We Offer<br \/>\nPerformance equity, variable incentive bonus plan, tuition reimbursement<br \/>\nGlobal career mobility, professional development, employee recognition programs<br \/>\nState of the art technology which allows for seamless global connectivity<br \/>\nRich wellness program and incentives<br \/>\nLearning and career growth opportunities via our global footprint<\/p>\n<p>If you are interest for the position, you can send your CV at the hr department of Manager\u2019s Office via email hr@managersoffice.net      <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Role Description Reporting to the Group VP Sales for Growth Services, our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced go-to-market new&hellip;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":9725,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mo_disable_npp":""},"categories":[174,156],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.7 -
