Job Role<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Oversees all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. Responsible for the hiring, training and discipline of all hotel staff. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022He\/she will be responsible for: Annual budget forecasting and achieving the business month to month basis, setting standards of operations and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Good communication skills, in-depth knowledge in all areas of hotel business and the right attitude to exceed expectation levels of customers and above all, achieving the financial budgets consistently are the pre-requisites for this position.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls,\u00a0 procedures and service standards.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel\u2019s annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long term strategic goals for the property.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Closely monitor the hotel business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Admin & General, on target and accurate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Maximizing room yield and hotels \/ resort revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the owners and stake holders.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Draw up plans and budget (revenues, costs, etc.) for the owners.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipments and services.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staffs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Lead in all aspects of business planning.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Corporate client handling and take part in new client acquisition along with the sales team whenever required.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Assisting in residential sales as and when required and development with strong sales prospects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Responsible for legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications required<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
