This position will be responsible for leading the development and integration of our client. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This position will also be responsible for the<\/span><\/span> end to end data aggregation and Master Data Management. Additionally, this position will also be responsible for implementing enabling technologies, including CRM, to commercial field and medical\u00a0 science liaison (MSL) teams, and for monitoring the assigned field organization\u2019s compliance with <\/span><\/span>required standards for maintaining CRM data. This role works closely with commercial field management to optimize the effectiveness of our client\u2019s field force technology among many other operational responsibilities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Specific Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Development and maintenance of commercial data warehouse to support our client.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Development and maintenance of master data management and commercial field\/MSL CRM systems <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Leading efforts in data aggregation across patient and payer mastering<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Collaborate with IT partners and key stakeholders to gain alignment<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong>6-10 years of experience in information technology design, implementation, and\/or analytics\u00a0<\/span><\/span>platform (data warehouse, ETL\/transformations, data hub) support in the biotech\/<\/span><\/span>pharmaceutical industry<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Proven experience of implementing various CRM and field tools<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Must be able to identify operational weakness and implement correction action\/plan<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Outstanding organizational and time management skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Excel, Access, and other complex database management experience<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
