General Manager will be responsible for the daily administration and <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>organizational management of the company.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Utilizes leadership skills and motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Provides management, guidance, advice to workers and collaborators, identifies and meets staff needs and requirements, and implements the decisions of the Board of Directors.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develops and monitors the implementation of internal procedures and protocols and develops corporate culture oriented to developing individual initiatives and free flow of information.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Develops strategic planning by studying economic opportunities and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve the organizational goals and objectives and coordinates efforts to establish contracts, Marketing activities and corporate staff actions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Responsible for all operations, including, but not limited to: Training, adhering to Company policies\/procedures, guest relations, increasing sales volume, attendance, Cost of Goods, labor management, financial management, inventory, developing movie show times and building maintenance and financial management.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Creates workable plans to increase operation execution, utilizing financial results, guest satisfaction surveys, and staff reports.\n<p><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Knowledge \/ Experience &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The successful candidate will be a dynamic, experienced individual who is organized and methodical, and capable of setting up the range of systems needed to ensure the smooth and safe use of the procedures of the company<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">5-10 years experience in the field of motorcycles<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong leadership skills<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong understanding of Demand Planning<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ability to monitor KPI targets to effectively allocate resources for maximum performance<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ability to influence senior Sales, Operations, and\u00a0 business leaders within cross-functional teams<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong team player with willingness to collaborate across different departments, sometimes virtually<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong analytical and problem solving \/ decision-making skills<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span
