\u2022Oversee\u00a0 facility management and maintenance division.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Serve as the liaison with commercial condominium clients<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Assess\u00a0 vendor relationships and leverage opportunities for B2B partnerships\/valued added for clients<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Oversee the management of large projects to include coordinating with the Board, community manager and vendors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Construct a strategic plan for expanding\u00a0 facility management services<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Assess and track revenue and performance of the division<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Attract talent and oversee delivery of services at a high level of and ensure quality control<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Monitor active insurance claims<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Monitor response to emergency calls<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Conduct\/oversee reporting on common area inspections<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Supervise a staff of 4<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Participate in business development efforts to include signing new clients and developing a facility-focused portfolio, creating new revenue streams .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Strong written and oral communication required<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Past Performance\/Experience:<\/strong> 5-7 years in facility management\/building operations, property management, contracting or related area.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Education:<\/strong> Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications and experience will be considered<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Supervisory: 3 years (Required)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Bringing on new business: 1 year (Preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
