The Marketing Manager serves as an internal brand champion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Role &amp; Responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Overall, provide organization with strategic and executional support for\u00a0downstream marketing (i.e. marketing, advertising and promotions).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Help manage Marketing including branding,\u00a0advertising and sales materials.\u00a0This includes management of materials developed by advertising agency partners.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Responsible for creating and updating capabilities presentations (as appropriate) as well as ensuring information is current and accessible on the company\u2019s intranet. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Key and active participant in the development (and appropriate updating) of the company\u2019s new Corporate Web site.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Responsible for competitive intelligence tracking and reporting.\u00a0 This data should yield competitive insights\u00a0and implications that will be leveraged in strategic initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Responsible for\u00a0collecting campaign metrics (publications, online, etc.) and providing\u00a0monthly observations and recommendations.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Manage execution of in Ventiv Health and CCO marketing materials for\u00a0industry tradeshows\/conferences.\u00a0Work with key stakeholders and coordinate with <em>in Ventiv Business \u00a0 Development Conference &amp; Networking Coordinator<\/em> to ensure seamless execution.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Work closely with Clinical counterparts to ensure seamless execution of\u00a0in Ventiv Health initiatives. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Assist in management of marketing budget as well as internal billing.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><em>Education and Experience<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bachelors Degree Required<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">4+years of Marketing and\/or Advertising experience in pharma, packaged goods and B2B.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience delivering marketing efforts via multi-channel strategies including digital <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Background in customer relationship marketing &#8211; managing consumer acquisition and adherence programs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Background in marketing strategy development<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Strong tactical execution experience \u2013 handling multiple and deadlines<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span
