This includes, but is not limited to, administrative duties involving the development of systems, internal controls and records, and the upkeep of the day-to-day payroll Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Duties of this position include but are not limited to:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Coordinates work flow and procedures between payroll and Human Resources Department.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Advise managers, supervisors, and employees on payroll and HR related policies and procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">File required new hire forms and other paperwork as necessary<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Research regulatory requirements and develop business processes for compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Assist with new hire orientations, on-boarding, and corporate training on policies and procedures applicable to wages, deductions, direct deposit, PTO, 401(k) and profit sharing, and employee self-service<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Respond to employment verification requests<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Resolve employee benefit claim issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Reconcile monthly insurance provider invoices against internal enrollment reports<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Assist with putting policies and procedures in to place<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Other necessary functions on a case-by-case basis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">QUALIFICATIONS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Required Experience\/Skills: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Associate&#8217;s Degree<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Three to five years related experience in human resources and payroll<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Excellent customer focus, adaptability &amp; flexibility, attention to detail, analysis &amp;
