{"id":5934,"date":"2018-03-27T10:22:18","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T10:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/hr-executive-gr-hre-283mo18\/"},"modified":"2019-07-16T10:18:42","modified_gmt":"2019-07-16T10:18:42","slug":"hr-executive-gr-hre-283mo18","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/hr-executive-gr-hre-283mo18\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Executive GR &#8211; (HRE 283MO18)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">As part of our contribution in improving the quality of services, we have created a human-centric and customer-centric company under the name of <strong>Manager\u2019s Office<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Due to its character as an applied Marketing and Management company and not confined only on the consultancy level, Manager&#8217;s Office, operates within the framework of the most developed company in the European Markets.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">We are seeking to recruit an <strong>HR Executive<\/strong>, based in our offices in <strong>Athens<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nEssential Duties:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Oversee daily operations of the HR department<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Conduct communication with clients regarding recruitment projetcs<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">CV Screening and schedule interviews with candidates<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Full- cycle recruitment and headhunting<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Communicate with public services and universities regarding internships <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Required <\/strong><strong>Q<\/strong><strong>ualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or in a related field<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Proven 2-3 year experience in an HR Department.
