{"id":5931,"date":"2018-03-26T07:33:18","date_gmt":"2018-03-26T07:33:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/test_manager\/export-sales-manager-ru-esm-097gte56\/"},"modified":"2019-07-12T08:57:54","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T08:57:54","slug":"export-sales-manager-ru-esm-097gte56","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/managersoffice.net\/el\/export-sales-manager-ru-esm-097gte56\/","title":{"rendered":"Export Sales Manager RU &#8211; (ESM-097GTE56)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\">Our client have ambitious growth plans for 2018 onwards working in line with the group 2020 vision.\u00a0 To achieve these ambitious plans we are growing the export sales team and looking for dynamic individuals to join the team to support sales growth in the range of machine mounted attachments, and light equipment across a number of countries.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Key attributes of the successful applicant will be self-motivated, ability to work as an individual and as part of a team, have excellent time management, be enthusiastic, committed and determined in delivering targeted results and willingness to travel regularly overseas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sales Management \u2013 Setting of regional and dealer budgets and targets, sales forecasting, reporting and measuring<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Business Development \u2013 Identify market opportunities in key regions and implement sales initiatives to deliver growth<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Relationship Management &#8211; Develop key relationships with dealer principals and their sales teams, along with internal\u00a0 personnel<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Communication \/ PR \u2013 Communicate market information into the other business functions to ensure all areas of the operation are aligned to achieving the market opportunities<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Presentations &#8211; Regularly present the JCB Attachments range &amp; associated features and benefits to end users and our dealer body<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Problem Solving \u2013 Identify potential issues that may affect future sales, and oversee the implementation of an effective solution<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">The successful applicant will have either a sales, account management, marketing or training background, market and industry knowledge with an understanding of typical construction and agricultural applications.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Experience of selling to end users directly and indirectly via a dedicated dealer network, into export territories and demonstrate the ability to handle commercial negotiations, experience at setting budgets and delivering monthly sales forecasts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000033;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Importantly, the person should have a confident manner, adaptability to change approach for different markets and with the ability to communicate at all levels throughout the business.
