We are looking for an ambitious, energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with direct clients IT Staffing and Solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Accountable for driving incremental sales on existing assigned Business accounts and hunting for new Business Acquisitions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Lead high-performing sales teams while creating initiatives through inbound opportunities, outbound tele-sales, and field-based engagements covering the markets we serve.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Scale company\u2019s ability to sell and implement large projects working with C-level executives at enterprise customers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Establish and develop strong vendor\/partner relationships with frequent communication, collaboration, and effective allocation of marketing investment to ensure we are the partner of choice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Lead accurate and timely forecasting efforts of sales team.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Coordinate the involvement of sales support personnel and\/or leadership to ensure customers\u2019 expectations are met.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Guide and help in house team with proposal responses and information gathering.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Identify innovative ideas by researching the industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Work closely with the Sales Head to report on P&L and MIS for incremental sales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u20225+ years of relevant experience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Higher<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Experience in IT Staffing \/ Consulting Industry is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Travel Required<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
