Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/strong>Manage, develop and guide the HR team!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Be part of a team, creating high-end products served daily to hundreds of international airline guests!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Manage and conduct high volume recruitment of motivated new staff (plan recruitment efforts, placement of ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, also partner with workforce agencies, colleges, culinary schools, and attend career fairs, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Employee relations, encouraging an employee-oriented, high performance culture, emphasizing productivity, quality and team work<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Performance management, identifying key talent internally and promoting staff excelling in their roles<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Point of contact for employee matters, monitoring and administering disciplinary actions where necessary<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Development, negotiation and monitoring of compensation and benefits packages<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Monitoring and advising on legal aspects within HR<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Creating different reports for management<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Special projects (like employee events, reward\/incentive programs, etc)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Min. 3 years experience as an HR Manager<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022College degree (major in HR, Psychology, Business or Law)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Work experience within an environment of 500+ employees in a high end sector industry (hospitality, service or manufacturing industry preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Passion for working within an international team<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally, with people in different functions and levels<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Hands on mentality, on-the-floor managerial techniques<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Outstanding communication<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Fluent in English, a second language is beneficial<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
