\u2022 Commercial establishing of quotations jointly with the technical project manager and the specialist departments <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Evaluation and revision of contract proposals and tenders, negotiation of contracts with clients and partners, and ensure the compliance of company’s risk mitigation guideline<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Project related risk management of commercial contract terms and contract execution<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Project related coordination of taxes, insurances and financing<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Development\/adaptation of conditions of quotations for new products and services<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Entire commercial order execution, incl. claim management, invoicing, receivables management, clarification of legal issues<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Completed studies and got Bachelor or above degree of business administration or industrial engineering and management<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in commercial sales and\/or order execution in series or project business<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent knowledge of contract law and at least basic knowledge in the areas of financing and accounting, taxes\/permanent establishments and insurances<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proven knowledge in SAP or other ERP system, MS Office<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Business fluent in English, further knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Preparedness for travelling (<20%)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strength in communication, talent in negotiations, affinity to technology<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
