Our client is a well- established company in the industrial sector that focuses on packaging machines. They are seeking to appoint a Back Office Sales Coordinator<\/strong> based in Athens (Eastern Suburbs)<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Reporting to the Sales Director, our Back Office Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the development, coordination and support of the company sales.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties \/ Job Functions:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Takes an active part in the sales development. Communicates daily with potential clients in order to seek the interest of the market for the company\u2019s products.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Participates in the construction of the marketing plan and in the execution of the marketing actions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Composes and sends offers to the clients for future collaborations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Handles the CRM system.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Communicates with clients and handles possible problems or complaints.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Supports the sales representatives by contributing to the making of their client visit schedules<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Required qualifications include:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Degree in Economics field, a degree in Marketing will be a plus<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 2+ years of experience in sales department with an active participation in sales<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in usage of CRM systems<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Fluency in English<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 PC literacy<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
